Crossed the state line to see the Rockland Boulders play the Newark Bears. The night was cool and the kids were excited. I’m not sure that they really cared which team won, they just wanted to run to the playground then run to the bleachers then run back again. They watched at least 7 innings in total and the NY team beat NJ by 1 point! I had peanuts so it was fun. Oh, and they had fireworks after the game! Ooooo, ahhhhh, wow!
The photo of the field is a mistake. I had already set the camera exposure for the fireworks display and then something, I can’t remember what, happened on the field. I took the photo and then realized that the settings were all wrong. Accidents happen and sometimes they are happy ones. I think it looks kind of cool. What do you think?
