As I drove into my driveway the other night, I was tired and ready for the day to wind down. It was late and the sun had set hours before but something caught my eye. There had been a light rain that evening and the leaves on my dogwood tree were glistening with tiny raindrops. They were backlit by my lamppost and looked quite surreal, almost Hoqwartian really. (Spell check does not like that word!) Thoughts of bed fled and I had to see if I could capture the moment. How did I do? June 9th

Sidetracked by dogwoods...
I was out prepping a location for a 1st communion session today and saw these blossoms on one of the trees. I know, flowers again, I tried to tell you that flowers are kind of my thing. Flowers, especially wildflowers, and butterflies make me so very happy. What can I say, I am ultimately a very girly, girl. No comments, I still call myself a girl and I can if I want to! So there! Yes I did stick my tongue out for just a brief moment. Composure regained now. Moving on. :-) May 3rd
